As with all double rifles, the "Best" double rifle should be the one you own!
I have an A. Hollis & Son 450/400 3 inch. Circa 1907-10 It was made 54 guns before 400Nitro's Hollis!
For my kind of hunting it is small enough to shoot alot and big enough to handle whatever you might stumble across or whatever trys to stumble across you!
