G----- said that you knew that gun had problems when you gave it to him--The "gunpad" or barrel was defective--Did you do something to that rifle to hurt him? Don't you like him?

Me- Honey,[Sarcasm]- I am sooo sorry that gun hurt him.He is a great guy. He said he knew all about big bores and African guns--, I even shot it first(thinking to myself-and yes it smacked me like a hammer too)!! I guess he just doesn't know as much as he preaches about Africa and guns.

Wife- You have never liked him because he is a successful business man and a liberal,etc--

Me-no comment(Thinking-Can't wait to ask Mr.Know Everything about African guns again.and see how much he remembers about recoil and Big Bores and Doubles!!)

I should be out of the doghouse in a day or so--
