Have you tried shooting a rifle with a muzzle-brake? You can probably pick up one of the Winchester or Browning models with the BOSS system for relatively little. Might be a good thing to do before you spend all that money on a double.

I got suckered by all the glowing gun magazine reviews and actually paid extra for the BOSS. I have since replaced it with a CR - conventional recoil - attachment. I can deal with the recoil better than I can deal with the blast. It's even more unpleasant for anyone shooting or hunting with you.
