Seriously, under $10k really limits things in the "new" category. The Heym PH is a great entry level rifle in 470 (Mine is an 88B Safari). I settled on the Heym Safari because it had standard features that were extras on all the others, plus the rifle fits like a glove. Tony even liked the fit. I have not shot the PH model.

For today, under $10k, I would go with Searcy. His rebuilds are all in 470, and you cannot beat his warranty or service.
