9,3 x 74 vs 375 FLANGED DOUBLE

Questions to all please-

Is one really preferable to the other?

Do the 375 flanged ballistics-300 gr at 2250 fps give it any real advantage over the 9.3 with its 286 gr at 2150?

Are both adequate all purpose Doubles for everything up to maybe ele? Which would you prefer? Which is easier to reload components for?

Which one would have the highest resale value?
