At least in England the proof stamps on a gun says it has gone
through proof and god help anyone who tries to circumvent it.

Are you saying that you don't think that all guns go through a proof house in Europe ???

I think it would be a long call to say that compnoies bypass
Proof in Europe - especially since the guns may be shipped
to another country where proof laws apply.
