After months of back and forth, we agreed to let New England Custom tell us wat they thought.

It is a nice rifle, don't get me wrong. But to me the finish problems are inexcusable - exposed solder on the top of the barrel, small cracks on the interior of the trigger guard stock.

They do make a fine rifle, but mine in my opinion should have never made it out of the shop.
I am not mad with Heym. It was my decision to buy the rifle.

I am hopeful that Heym will do the right thing.
