Most wives do not understand that our gun collections would not cost nearly as much if they did not have to spend just as much money on their useless stupid stuff. That really makes our guns cost twice as much, just trying to keep them happy. In 20 years they all say, " well look what you have spent on guns" and they conveniantly forget all they have spent over the years. Just because it has not accumulated in a safe. Most guys would have much better gun collections if they were single. But..... most of us like being married anyway.
