I was told the same thing by Rory Muil of Russ Broom Safaris. Capstick did a couple of hunts for Geoff Broom but they were "disasters". Geoff kept him on as camp host, as he was quite engaging and entertaining.

Every PH I've asked about Capstick all agreed that dispite any faults, he was the reason for the sucess of the modern safari industry.
