K80 and Foxfire

Would you mind outlining the method for using the adjustable wedge? Which way does what? Common sense tells me that screwing the grub screw IN would spread the barrels apart (and hence the groups) but I have never been known for my over abundance of common sense!

No instructions came with the rifle for re-regulating - so anything at all you can tell me will be very much appreciated. Many thanks.
