Re: Extra Sets of Barrels?

I'm still trying to decide if a set of shotgun barrels is in my future. I know it would be an ideal thing to do. I would certainly shoot the gun more often.
But would that open my gun up to other problems. Meaning most double rifle owners I believe shoot their guns occasionally. By adding shotgun barrels I might shoot the gun a lot more often. Does that lend itself to loosening up the action? Maybe having the gun come "off face" sooner than it might have normally.
If the gun is set up to shoot 470 NE's I would think 20 gauge shotgun shells should be no problem to handle, even if shot very often.
I don't know, but I think about buying the shotgun barrels a lot.
