Makes a lot of sense if the second or third set of barrels work well (ie balance etc) and are complementary calibres. Only need to carry a set of extra barrels, plus maybe an extra scope, and the other ammo.

I wouldn't bother with a .400 and a .375, but a .400 plus a medium set of scoped barrels might make sense. Plus a shotgun.
