You may have read I have used a double Tikka 512 in 9.3x74R.

Only on one hunt so far, but took over a dozen buffalo in a cull with it.

I am happy with its performance, it was very quick shooting, the scope made accurate fast shots possible and the recoil felt non-existent. Very few buffalo died from a single shot but were hit well enough to shoot one or two more times, often anywhere from two to five buffalo were shot at once, going back to put additional bullets into previously shot buffalo.

I am planning to take my Tikka to Africa this winter and also maybe use it hunt deer with and maybe pigs.

I have also bought a couple more barrel sets, to add to my shotgun set and 9.3 double, a .30-06 double and 12g/.223 barrel sets.
