I would prefer a good side-by-side in 9.3x74R but the Tikka was available at such a good price and the ease of setting it up with different loads is a BIG plus.

I also think the 9.3mm lends itself to a under-and-over as the U/O double is more often European and the 9.3mm fits the European image to my mind at least.

I want one of every type!

I will probably be taking my .450 S/S plus the 9.3mm in August for my ele hunt. Taking along a shotgun set of barrels too in case I have free days with nothing else to do!
