I don't know what this rifle is set up for, I don't know what went into it, I don't know who worked on it.

All I wrote is what I wrote.
Wether or not *that gun* is regulated for anything is another issue entirely.

If you take enough stock in the minute portion of what I wrote in such a fashion as to think my words imply that *the rifle in question* has been or hasn't been assembled to shoot accurately within an acceptable aggregate group to consider it regulated -- well shit then man, I have some subdivision real estate options south of New Orleans you should take a look at.
