Yes, it was a true charge and I'm still posting, so I guess it didn't nail me......

Joking aside, the charge was in Namibia but there was a fence between me and him....... but he was mad as hell.

I also took the open mouth photo and actually had my lens in his mouth.....

there were no fences. However, the Lion and brother (which licked the back of my neck as I took the pic causing the camera shake) had been hand reared and then allowed to live wild (ish) ..... I had the guy who had hand reared them with me when I took the picture.

I know it sounds like bullshit - but I promise you, it's true.
