What suggestions do members of this forum have to best simulate a DG charge?

If would seem you could practice till your purple and not get the timing down for a direct charge attempting 2 shots or worse an angling charge at full speed on others that needs to be lead like a flying bird? The recent lion video suugested that many shot BEHIND the charging beast.

Any ideas on how to perfect such desired skills with big Doubles?
