My choice would be a Heym 88B two barrel set. (ejectors standard)

7x57R with quick detach scope on first barrel set and some rimmed flavor on the second set (easy to find ammo for). 450/400, 450 or .470.

For $16K you might be able to squeeze in getting the sidelock version.
