Of course it "sounds" wonderful... but - the first thing to figure out is what is the seller's idea of "extremely good bores?" His idea may be different than yours and this is the one thing that is the most important to it shooting and also the most expensive to replace.
The only thing that potentially concerns me in the description is that it was built for a Kenyan game warden. Unless he passed away early on in his career and his wife let his gun sit in closet for 50-years, odds are this gun has seen some hard use - as most would have been in this profession.
That's not to say that it has to be worn slap-out, but it is to say be cautious and have a professional you trust look it over before sealing the deal.
