The best overall Las Vegas buffet is at the Bellagio casino. The best seafood buffet in Las Vegas is at the Rio. I would avoid the Circus Circus as it is old and disgusting. Better to stay in the Paris Casino, which is reasonable but quite nice. The Luxor is also reasonable but not as nice as the Paris. Treasure Island costs a bit more and is fine. The Venetian and Bellagio are nicer but are not worth the price. Caeser's Palace is pretty good and not too outrageous in price (usually). For a bargain, check room availability at Sam's Town.
