Buy a B. Searcy PH model for $10K, made to fit you, and have a better rifle! Find a used Merkel 470NE and have the same action with chopper lump cold hammer forged barrels for around $8K,or new for $10.5K if an off the shelf rifle will fit you,and have a better rifle than the Rigby, IMO!

Don't get me wrong there is nothing worng with the Rigby DRs that about a $12K cut in price wouldn't help, because it is worth around $11K, and no more as a starting model. Even at the same price, I'd much rather have #1 the Searcy, or even #2 the merkel!
