Do you good fellows use snap caps in your doubles or is practiceing with snap caps a no-no?

Not really - I generally don't stand around practising without using live rounds.
I do however always use Snap caps if testing trigger pulls.

Do you leave snap caps in your rifle for storage? - I don't but no problems
if you do.

Will storeing a double cocked and not snapped really make the springs weak or is this just old tales?
- over a long period, maybe but you can still Snap off the gun and then break it down
without the sprngs recocking.

What snap caps do you recommend? Chrome Plated but more
importantly a GOOD SPRING SYSTEM with plastic inserts
not some of these cheap shit things you see on the market.

A-Zoom aluminum cased any good?
