They have Neoprene and Foam
Stock Extensions which can be used to extend
the LOP but more importantly, Raise the comb
to a height that suits you AND provide some
cushioning.

You can also shift the foam to one side and effectively
make the stock more suited to a Lefty.

Note - when you first put the foam on it looks "Square"
as per shape of the foam but over a week or so the Neoprene
pulls it to the shape of the stock.

I use them and so do alot of Shotgun shooters - it is a lot less
to use these than get a new Stock.
