they are common under the krauts and I think more and more are build now. Most time over/under so called "Bergstutzen" with a high power 7mm,.30 or 8mm and a .22 like hornet or similar. this is in fact a special gun for the Alps.
read an articel in a gunmagazin here about a side by side with .470 NE and a 8x75RS barrel. the big barrel for big five and the powerful 8mm for plainsgame. if i remeber this rigth the owner of this gun bring it to africa every year.
