I have managed to pick up a P Orr & Sons marked BLE double rifle in 470 NE. I am aware that P Orr & Sons was a retailer, and not a manufacturer of firearms. I have come across a similarly marked P Orr & sons 577 NE DR via a web search which was manufactured by John Harper out of Birmingham.
Is anyone familiar with these rifles? Did other manufacturers supply P Orr & Sons with double rifles apart from John Harper?
