My Woodward is a lightweight. Only 8lbs 12ozs. 28" barrels. Recoil felt more manageable with NfB loads than the black powder loads I'd previously tried. I'll have to bring both to a range outing and see if there's actually a difference.

I am a little ashamed to admit that my progress has been limited by my ability to digest and adopt the wisdom of folks here on the board, like you, Mike R and Mike W, than by any access to advice. Basically, as I started out, I was still filtering out the good stuff. Hopefully that's past.
