Spice things up

Its been known for some times the interest in english doubles has experienced a decline. The younger generations seems to have a lesser interest in old iron than previous generationes. I too must admit feel I like what I have is enough and doesn`t need more. But then out of the blue when one thought no more collecting a piece turns up and suddenly in interest caught up again.

Many years ago I handled this doublerifle and thought if I owned this it would be enough...and I still do think this way. The owner is considering "divorce" him self from this gun as he has been a caretaker for many years and there are no pockets in the last set of cloths.

The rifle is a masterpiece from the best period. Made in 1896. It my book it doesn`t come better.

H&H .577cal bpe.
