Forgot to add that this batch of loads used 1/8" grease cookies made from beeswax and Crisco. I don't have a ribbon extruder for lube, so I'm using the method where you melt and mix the lube in a pot under very gentle heat, then pour that melted mixture into a baking dish full of very hot water, where it rises to the top. And then wait till the lube solidifies and lift the whole sheet off.

To use, I'm just pressing the mouth of the charged cases through this sheet of lube. Waste pieces go back into the ziplock bag I use to store the lube sheets, and when there's very little sheet and an whole lot of little waste pieces, I just remelt and make what's left into a smaller sheet.

I'm not using an over powder card below the lube. Should I be? If so, do you buy these or use a tool to make them?
