Here's another nice gold-embossed leather one from an oak and canvas case with leather trim, that I acquired a while back to house my Army & Navy .577 Double Express. Fortunately still in good nick. Apologies for the lousy photo, the old leather was a bit shiny!

Nowhere near as elaborate as the repro A&N leather label on Henry Krank's site, but at least its original!
