Even though .45 Long Colt is under powered for a Howdah, it'd might a nice plinking and pop up target shooting gun. In theory the .410 option could be used for shotgunning birds with a .410 Howdah.
The BP muzzle loader would be fun too.
The Ithaca they cite is a well-known casualty of the 1934 Gun Control Act here.
I think muzzle loaders are not so restricted as I think they are not "firearms" under Federal law.
Maybe one of the attorney members can verify?
