It would be interesting to see the various guns on this list and what the day book says about them.
The gun I have submitted is a Francotte Style Martini sporting rifle in 577 Snider. This is the same action used by Westley Richards for the 30,000 "Made especially for the ZAR" military rifles.
This is a full on sporting rifle by Jefferies, not a converted military rifle.
