N.E. Double Rifles. A number of good Birmingham gunmakers made guns "For the Trade" for Gun Retailers in London or overseas either "In the White" or as "Finished Guns".

A lot of the big name brands rebranded firearms made by other makers.
A reason I regarded some of the ridiculous criticism of modern Rigby as hypocritical. Just the same today as in the past. Same rebranded, some built in house. Many fine examples built in house. All function as they should.
