Bonanza has a point. The parallel hook arangement of the Chapuis may indead be stromger. Also the Chapuis pivot mount returns to zero.
Most of the Chapuis for the American market have the rib already cut for scope mounts. All it takes is removing 4 screws, lift out the 2 sections of rib, replace with the scope bases and tighten the 4 screws.

I sure like my 9,3 Chapuis, and I have shot 3 other 470's. All shot very good.
