As a range gun with clients I am limited by liability to shoot only factory ammunition, so .375is cost effective. I agree with the 9,3x74R being just as good,I have a Kreighoff intransit and it will have a set of 9,3 barrels fitted to it. Just a funny quirk, one of the first memories I have of Africa was a PH with a Holland and Holland in .375H&H, to me it is a gun that reminds of that first morning in the bush the first season I was there
