Whilst I haven't hunted with a Krieghoff myself ,I have shot both a 470 and a 500/416 and they appear to be great rifles. A lot of PH's here in Southern Africa use the plainer models and speak highly of them. Any rifle that can stand a field test in Africa is usually well worth it. Regards, Charls.
