Not to worry about being critical, I am my own worst critic.

I view it as a lesson learned and water under the bridge. Like you said, as long as one learns and dosn't make the same mistake twice.

Certain property is on the same course as fine guns. I am not sure how long it will last, I can not see this rate of inflation continuing forever? But what do I know?
