NEVER! (Speaking for myself, of course ) The money spent is soon forgotten, but that rifle may be in your hands during every serious encounter for the rest of your hunting life. Then the kids can sell it, hopefully at a profit, after you're gone.

This is why some of us swear by vintage Brit, regardless of cost, and I suspect why Clark's ol'man is happy to dress up the Searcy. You only live once!
