I sometimes shoot a single shot falling block rifle (system by Mr. M. Hagn/Canada, rifle finished by Mr. Heuberg, Germany).

The rifle has an Aimpoint H34L (2MOA dot) fixed with two detachable mounting rings.

After 57 shots with factory and handloaded ammunition the Aimpoint is still in place and functioning.
Recoil is somewhat reduced by use of a removable muzzle brake, but my skill set is still lacking, so I cannot show paper targets with tight 5-shot groups...
