Why do you want an adjustable barrel dr system if you can afford a proper regulated soldered barrel?

If I wanted a less than $5000 double rifle I would consider a second hand Chapuis or similar in 9.3x74R. And see if I could test shoot it to ensure it shoots well.

Or a second hand Merkel in .470 for approx $8000.
