I do not think they did but I checked the book "The Riflemans Rifle" and found no reference to "Alaskans" with cross bolts only "African" model in .458Win only. The "Alaskans" could be special ordered with cross bolts but in general left the factory with out them . I think some gundealers would have ordered a few with cross bolts as they need them
