My own opinion?
This is pretty far away from what those (on these forums at least) would envision as a "Howdah" pistol.
Yes, a fairly straight up copy of the Ithaca Auto & Burglar pistol from the 1920's…..but only that, and not a Howdah…..

Howdah in modern concept? Maybe. In actual execution not to my notion.

Still, would be quite a retro feeling to have this one; visions of USA Chicago gangsters, Bobby & Clyde, speakeasy's and prohibition, rum running.
