Mike, I have had 4 .378's but NOT at the same time. It is a great caliber but severely painful withOUT a muzzlebreak. I currently have my trusty 300 (for 43 years) and a new 338/378 which is my favorite caliber. W'by made 5 of them in the 60's plus a 340/378 (same thing but different name). These were all made in the same year, but lack of proper powder killed it off. A friend has one of the originals.
