There are quite a few Jeffery 450/400's floating around in Australia. I know of several on this forum alone. Some are similar to my .450 No.2 NE but lighter and different engraving. Some have more elaborate engraving.

These rifles make a fine vintage rifle hunting choice.

I was thinking as I posted this how this would be a great caliber to go on safari with.. Made me wish I had one in the safe.. BUT, like my grandfather used to say, wish in one hand and crap in the other..see which one fills up the fastest..

Are the prices in your area for these crazy high??
