I have made these in the past, quick and easy,with two 3-inch lengths of garden-hose riveted to a wide belt-loop.
Top half of each bit is split length-wise to cuddle the case, lower half is a firm fit on the bullet/case-neck. Enough case sticks out above to grab in a hurry.
