That could very well be a reason.

The hammer WR bpe rifle I saw for sale on GI was a .500ex with barrelmarkings that said the rifle was regulated for the WR longrange bullet 570grain , charge 120grain. The gun weighed 10,5 ibs. Wished I had bought back then, but my cashflow was in a low tide.

I just like these ol’ bpe doublerifles and I am in the marked to buy another one when the right one pops up. I am just one of these persons who don’t know what to buy until it pops up right in front of me..lol
