That is my question too. I presume that it is worth a lot more than the 577 H&H earlier mentioned in this thread.

I dont know if it was the first Purdey 600 but it was an early 600. In my joy of handleling it I forgot to check serial nr. hope that someone more knowledgeble than me can give me some hints on the walue of this King of guns.
