In January I inquired with AGL about a 10 bore Grant hammer shotgun and got an immediate response with basic information on the gun and the usual offer of full data upon payment of a fee. I phoned a few weeks later to give my credit card number and never heard from them again (my card was not charged); subsequent emails were not answered.

I recently heard that they are closed due to the virus, and that their normal excellent service would resume upon reopening.
