Funny thing this one being "Second Quality".......
Stalking safeties and non-rebounding locks. At 8lbs 4oz it is quite light for a 3", betting it was possibly originally a 2 1/2" case and chambers dropped when 2 1/2' became unavailable?
Therein is why the info in the Grant records would be so interesting.
