Or, go to www.photobucket.com and register for a free account. You can host pictures there. Once you upload them, you are given a URL for them (a http://www....).

Then, when you have the URL, come back here and start a post or response. At the bottom of the NE response/post page there a section titled "Instant UBB Code". Click on "Image" and you will be prompted to enter the URL for your picture in a new box.
