I saw the same rifle and must say that I would not pay that price for a Jeffrey boxlock. The English are great at selling things at inflated prices especially since the pound is almost 2 to 1 against the dollar. The bulk of Westley guns are obtained from India and refurbished in England. Walter Clode makes a lot of trips to India to purchase guns for his company. His son Simon is a nice fellow and used to be more fun to deal with when he was a drinking man. Also don't forget that in the US a lot of people are using their homes as a personal ATM machine to pull cash out for cars, boats and what have you.
